The manage your stress workshop is a structured session designed to equip participants with effective strategies and techniques to cope with and reduce stress. It includes various interactive activities, discussions, and practical exercises aimed at promoting self-awareness, resilience, and overall well-being. The workshop provides tools to help identify stress triggers, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and implement stress management techniques in daily life, ultimately enhancing their ability to navigate professional, academic and personal challenges with greater balance and well-being. A Socratic seminar will follow the session.
